Gary, I also have a 1936 F-20 with rotted out cut-offs. I have been looking for some years off and on and have found no new ones. The only ones I have found are already welded onto hubs. These deep center rims were used on most makes which used 36" tires. Don't limit your search to only IHC tractors. AC and JD also have this size. I would not feel too bad about cutting up an old JD cut-off set to use the rims on my F-20.
