Tim,
If you have oil in the water, then either your head gasket is leaking around the hole that sends oil to the valves and rocker arms. Or your block is cracked near the oil galley. Since the cooling system only has 7-13psi, and the oil has 30-75psi. The oil will always win out and leak into the cooling system if a crack is present. Matthew in SD
