Thanks guys, I adjusted all the linkage per the book and it got lots better, it will work most of the time but once in a while it jumps into neutral and makes a growling noise. You can leave it in low range, push the clutch in for a few seconds and it will go again. I will change the oil this weekend and see if that helps. John
