As with most tractors with gas and diesel varients of the same model, they will be very similar. Usually the deisel is good for a couple of horses and may weigh 500 to 1000 pounds more. The 350 being a middle weight will probably go 500 pounds more for the deisel. One note on the 350 diesels though...the continental deisel, while not a bad motor, is very expensive to overhaul. They are thrifty on fuel though.
