Farmall 400 trans/IPTO oil

Where do I get the white, milkly oil looking goop that I now have in the trans?

Really, what type of oil goes into the trans/IPTO. I have seen that some are using HYTRAN(sp?), or should that be 90wt (85/140). What type of oil to stay away from?
