One thing about 230 Fast hitch implements, you have just about got all that IH made. What you need now is operators manual for tractor and these attachments. We could e-mail until this time next year and you may still have questions. Your 2 bottom plow almost governs tread width for wheels, at somewhere between 56 and 60 inches on centre. Cultivator should be adjustable to suit most tire widths. Also sickle bar mower will not accomidate more than 60 inch wheel tread. There are a couple of adapter kits for using on fast hitch converting it to 3 point. They just plug into the fast hitch sockets. Not too many fast hitch implements around anymore. I have built fast hitch or adapted 3 point hitch implements with fast hitch forks from scrap yards. I even had a machine shop make three forks but that was expensive. This is a bit of a start as per your request. Manual at this point is quite important, then you can zero in on specific questions.
