Water coming out exhaust

Rebuilt the motor and have stared it several times (approx 20) and have "driven" it around about 30 minutes. I started it tonight and noticed water droplet spraying out the exhaust. I checked the radiator and the level doesnt look like it has dropped. I also took the radiator cap off and watched the water in the radiator - silent as a church mouse. What catastrophy do I have working??? I am certain that this did not occur in previous starts.
