I dont know for sure if you can get those parts or not, my grandfather used to have one on his M but took it off. Not sure what happened to it though. If you dont really need or want to use it I would take it off and get the pieces to put the regular brakes and shield on it. Don't throw it away though you may be able to run across the pieces some day. Just my thoughts.
