Patrick, Regrettably, there is no "Easy" way to do the job. You will have to remove the front end (Radiator,bolster support, etc.) then remove the crank pulley. Use a good backing plate on the pulley so you don't crack the pulley. Then you can remove the timing cover to change the seal. Put everything back on in reverse order and you should be fine. Make sure you have good support set up (Do not use cement blocks)to hold the front end of the tractor stable when you jack it up to remove the front end. Chock the back wheels, tractor in gear and brakes locked together and locked down. HTH.//FB
