Ask him if the part is called an auxilary hydraulic conrtol valve. It should contain the tubes to the pump and the handle that mounts on the light bar. If it is that, then that is a cheap price for one. Do not buy the part from Saginaw Tractor. I like the hitch they sell, but the hydraulic conversion package is not very clean. You cannot buy a small enough valve that can be hidden or put out of sight. If you don't care what it looks like, then it is fine. But for a few extra bucks, go with the factory setup. Even if you don't appreciate the fact that it is origional, the next owner might... Below is a picture of my C with the valve mounted on it. Go to the bottom of my page. There are 2 pictures of it there.
