Off topic Wisconsin engine help

Please, does anyone have help for getting parts to a Wisconsin engine? My neighbor, who does not have email, has a VH4D that needs governor parts.
Thanks much. Normally I wouldn't bother you good people with this but my experience has been (while restoring my WD-9) that you are all great helpers in any situation.
