1066 Dual Wheels

I've got rear tires on snap rims which came off of a ford. Will these fit a 1066 without problems and are these snap rims a fit all type deal ? The snap rims require 4 turnbuckles and the 1066 wheel has 4 holes. I've got the whole setup just don't want to struggle with these things unless I know they'll work before hand.All Tires are 18.4 x 38.
