Go to the link, I have pictures of the installation tool and installed bushing. South Carolina is a bit far for tool sharing but you can make a driver if you have access to a lathe. The important thing is to fully support the I.D. of the bushing. If you want to make the tool (the handle is a luxury and not absolutely necessary) I can measure it up and post the dimensions. It turned a tricky job into a no-brainer for me.
