Craig, whatever you do don't drain the fluid out onto the ground..it will kill vegetation for years and will always attract moisture..an environmentally unsound practice that some folks have done. If you really want it out, get a mobile tire repair truck to come by and pump it out. You will lose a great deal of traction by not having loaded tires but if its light duty and not an everyday working tractor you will be fine. Wheel weights can take the place of loaded tires but that puts you back at"seeming underpowered"...I'm not convinced that the loaded tires are causing the strain..have 4 tractors that are loaded and two that aren't..no noticable difference between th two H's..one loaded , one with weights only and no noticable strain due to weights or fluid...good luck in your decision from Mike from Exeter Ontario
