Hi Ted, To remove the condenser on the H4 you need to do the following: 1) Remove kill switch wire, and unscrew the brass grounding post from insulated washer. 2) Remove coil cover. You will be able to see the top of the condenser, laying sideways below the front of the coil. There is a vertical screw with a hold down clip that retains the backside of the condenser and grounds it to the mag body. Remove this. 3) Remove the two screws on the backside of the mag and remove the oval access plate. Behind the plate is a round hole that the condenser slips out of. It goes without saying that the magneto will have to be removed from the tractor for you to access this side of the mag. Re-assemble in reverse order. Good luck! -Schotte
