White Yelow Cub Lo Boy ??

Does any one know the approximate year or years that IH started making the Cub Lo-Boy with white and yellow colors? I know of a Cub LoBoy that the Canadian National Railway used to use for pulling frieght wagons, They also used to use them with a blade to clear staion platforms. The shape of these cubs is the same basically as the '55 cub, but different tin, especially around the grill, which is a stretched mesh with the IH logo on the grill. The gas tank is the same as the '55. We are not sure of the year of this tractor, as the plate is missing. Is there somewhere else to find the serial #? Perhaps on the block?
