losing hydraulic fluid......

the hydraulic fluid level in my farmall c never stays at the top of the filler hole.i have to keep adding and adding over the weeks. i changed the engine oil today and noticed that the level that was drained out was about 8 quarts(3 quarts over the 5 i put in it). could my hydraulic fluid be leaking into the engine oil? if so, how do i fix it? new seal? new hydraulic pump? could it also be leaking into the transmission fluid also?
