Are you having trouble getting them started or just completely seated. According to instructions with my sleeve kit the sleeves should slide in with minimal force. 3 of mine did and one required some pressure. Perhaps you need to clean the holes in the block some more. Also make sure the outsides of the sleeves are clean, I oiled mine. Have heard of using dry ice to cool parts for tight fit but don't think they should be that tight.
