Can't help with manual but as far as wrapping goes, you may be trying to run your rollers to close to the ground. It is the vacuum from the rolls thst you want to pick up the crop, not the rolls themselves. You may have to play with it a little but the optimal setting would be where the conditioner just cleans the field. You may also want to run the conditioner at a higher speed. "Note" Have not had any luck with the 33 with an 8N tractor or with pulling it behind (coupled to) my mower. Have had best luck with running in behind my mower (about a round or so) with at least a forty horse tractor. Hope this helps as it has worked for me for a good many years.
