I am no expert on the 400, having recently aquired mine. But I have learned ALOT since I have owned the machine. I also think I got "snookered" but keep reminding myself that I bought the tractor for my son and I to work on as a project (like I need another project).
I beleive what you are refering to is the left side manifold junction block couplings. I have no idea of parts cost but will find out very soon.
