560 farmall - 0 compression on #4

It's a gas burner. I did a compression check a month or so ago and all the other cylinders were between 60-135 but on #4 I got 0 compression. I did it twice to make sure there wasn't an error. I'm going to check the valves this week. I do have quite a bit of blow-by out the breather tube but am wondering what are some things that could cause 0 compression? Has anyone else ever had a reading that low and found the cause?
Any advice would be appreciated!
