What do you wish to accomplish? Want it to run well? Then clean all the parts! Follow the instructions in a manual or repair kit- manual is better. The high speed jet is partially clogged! No tuning of it is possible. Clean it with fine smooth wire and generous use of the air hose. The alternative is to fiddle with one thing at a time and continue to wonder why it does not run well. If the proper carburetor repair does not help, search for a vacuum leak somewhere at the manifold gasket. Use an UNLIGHTED propane torch- open it and play the gas stream around the manifold while the engine is running. If running improves, there is the manifold leak.
