Engine seized on newly purchased farmall super C

Need some assistance. Just arrived home with a recently purchased Farmall Super C. the serial number is 196406. The tractor has not been used for a few years, so I assume the engine is seized from from sitting inside an old barn , this about ready to fall down. What are the easiest plans to free up the engine? What year is it? (1964). Just finished washing with a high pressure water spray and it looks quite nice, once the mud and grease has been removed.Call for supper , so will be back later , Cheers, Murray
