I put the trottle in high idle then run the screw in till it starts to starve the motor then back it out a hair. Then I set the throttle in idle and set the fuel air idle screw. I then put the throttle in high idle real quik(H's arent to responsive I guess) and it puffs a smoke cloud and a loud vacum sound comes from the carb and it dies.
