$5000 to much for 656 ?

i think so, but what do you all think ? i found this one with bald rear tires and in need of paint. runs and works well. has 3 point, straight hitch, wet lines. i looked in archives, but all i could find is somewhere between $2000-$6000. im guessing this one should go around 3500-4000. im i right for thinking this way? oh, its a gasser.
