Mark, I think $700 is alittle steep ( my opinion).You can really sink some money into them before ya know it.If engine isn't seized thats good,if it turns with very little compression I myself wouldn't be to worried,it's pretty easy to free up valves or rings that are set in ( at least I have had good luck)ya need to look closely at tires and rims ya can sink alot of cash right there,rusty is no big deal if theres no holes rusted through,sand blasting and paint are cheap and make a big difference.I would be looking around the $350 range,Ya can always part it out but it's such a pain in the rear but ya can make some cash!!Good luck let use know if ya have any luck!!!!!!
