That was countless years ago, and most of the people living in this country now had ancestors living in other parts of the world and didn't migrate here until the late 1800's and early 1900's.......They would still be down South if it wasn't for the great man in the White House in 1861 who believed that all people living in the U.S should be free.....How many lives did northern boys give fighting for their(Slaves) freedom? Those that died from the north fighting for the slaves didn't get any pay back!
