I don't think the Super H is any different from the H. Valves from front to back are exhaust/intake, intake/exhaust, exhaust/intake, intake exhaust.

Starting with #1 cylinder, watch the exhaust valve then the intake valve open and close. Slowly turn the engine pulley until the pulley mark lines up with the timing mark. I set the gaps at .018 cold. You will see an adjusting screw with a locking nut opposite each valve spring on the rocker assembly. Loosen the nut and adjust the screw until your feeler gauge has a touch of resistance checking the clearance. Tighten the locking nut. Keep a screwdriver on the screw while you do this so you don't accidently change your clearance. Repeat on the rest of the cylinders.
