We got a little rain here in Texas yesterday and that means the old stiff dirt will be okay to plow in a day or two. I got my chisel and JD one way ready to break it all up by this weekend. Just might get some wheat for grazing this winter if I can get it drilled by labor day and if we get rain after that. First time in years things are looking favorable. I cannot wait to hear that Red machine bellow its sinister laugh as the black dirt turns. Gives me chill bumps thinking about it.

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
