Hi Bob, I wired my tractor according to Robert Melville's wiring diagram. After a few more discouraging hours I got to studying it. I have everything correct but on my stock 6-volt pos. GRD and dist ignition tractor I have a push button starting switch up on the steering post. The wiring diagram shows the starter switch on the starter. I have that wire coming from the ammeter to the hot side of my push button switch. Is this correct? Diagram is a bit decieving. Thanks, Mike
