1066 Torsion Tube Bushing - Need Help FAST!

I'm replacing the torsion tube in my 1066. I have new bushings. How do I remove the old ones. Got it all tore down now. Hammered on one bushing trying to drive it to the inside. Not having much luck. Any advice will be greatly appreciated! Broke and Broke down, Mitch Sisson
