Tried all that, didn't change a thing. As for the injectors not being much, had two of those 282 diesels, both bought new. I put 11,000 hours on 560D and 9,500 on 656D and never had an injector out of either of them. Sounds quite good to me. I owned other makes of diesels that did have injectors changed with a lot less hours. 656 never did have the problem of fluttering when not under load. Never did have it on dyno, but don't think it was much off the 65 hp mark that it was suposed to be. 560 was dynoed several times and it also put out 90 hp for the duration, and it did flutter when not under load.
