Fast-Hitch Spacers

Does anyone know the dimensions (Length, width, and height and how thick of steel bar) of the "Spacer Bars" that go in a larger Fast-Hitch tractor (350 or 450) that will allow them to use the smaller (Super C or 200) Fast-Hitch equipment?? They go under the "prongs" and allow the smaller equipment to work on the larger Fast Hitch tractors. Thanks, Cmore
