Oil leak what did I install wrong??????????

Farmall H engine new rebuild and I have not yet fired it up. Just put oil in it and have been cranking it over a little now and then.
Well got home last night and I had a puddle of oil that leaked out the clutch acsess cover.
I assume that it is leaking from the rear main seal. what did I install wrong? or will this leak untill I run it a little? Or should I pull the engine back out and fix it before I run it for the first time?
