I'd take a look at your tire selection. You may benefit from dropping down to a 15.5 where you can get more psi directly on the ground. Those 18.4's have a larger contact patch & it really dilutes the weight distribution when you desparately need to get a bite. Those tires are good for hi-speed pulling or at heavy weight class such as 8500 & up. Been there with a friend & the move took a tractor that was typically mid-pack & turned it into a winnner / top 5 once switch was made. Good Luck
