C-221 valve stem seals? Guides?

My 460 doesn't burn oil but every time I pull a sparkplug it has oil on it. My guess is its runnin down the valve stems and into the chamber. Today I went and looked at a parts book and they do not list a valve stem seal, the guides gonna cost $6x12=$72. Would like when I reman the head to get better guides and seals, any help out there?
