Haas idea will work, don't know if you can move it to the end of the axle without a large (long extension) jack. Mine is too small. The wheel will refuse to move easily after it is broken loose. I use a high lift jack and chain, loop the chain through the wheel, put end of jack on end of axle. Be careful -- I tipped an engine hoist over with a much lighter C wheel once, luckily I was on the opposite side, happened very fast. Don't even think about removing that wheel without a hoist, or 1 or 2 pro wrestlers. It will squash you flatter than a pancake.
