Need Help getting Farmall Cub to Start!!!

Here is the short story... Have a 51 cub, just put new rings and bearings in it, new points, plugs, wires, coil, dist cap, seals gaskets, etc... Now it cranks and cranks but will not start, won't even sputter... I have checked and rechecked all the gaps and the timing. It has a really nice blue spark and the fuel supply is fine. Any farmall experts have any advice on what I have messed up or am doing wrong. I rebuild several tractors a year but not many farmalls so I am not sure what is going on here. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
