The following company offers the rims that you need. Many farm equipment dealers and tire dealers handle their products as they are one of the major suppliers of ag dual wheel kits.
The 10x36 rim is stock #12918-SM. It comes with the lugs attached and is painted "silver mist"color.I don't think they will sell direct but there should someone near you that is a dealer.
