PTO Adjustment

I have a 460 utility. The PTO spins all the time, even when not engaged with the lever. If I push down on the lever past where the little dog catches on the handle to hold it in disengaged position it will stop spinning.

I adjusted the yoke on the end of the lever all the way in. This pulled the engagement lever more but still not far enough to disengage the pto.

Any suggestions?

I know there are two types of PTO's available, a clutch type and a planetary type, not sure which type I have.
