how not to loose your favorites

I know its off subject but i keep seeing people with a new PC and lost favorites for internet Explorer. before shutting down you old PC click on start then find then files. search for favorites. should show a folder under windows but can be elsewhere for other windows versions.copy to a zip disk or floppy. if they won't all fit on one disk copy to multiple disks. on new PC do start find files, search for favorites again. open favorites folder. copy your favorites into favorites folder. wah-la no lost favorites. of course they are all tractor links so this isn't to far of subject
