It's a little hard to underestand what you mean,"have found out you can't use sand anymore". If you are saying that you can't Sand Blast equipment, I think you should research this some more. I have never ever heard that Sand Blasting equipment was not allowed in any part of this country.

I am sure that Sand Blasting of buildings is not allowed in some areas, but I would really be surprised to find out that included equipment.
