I have a SA and a 130 and I could write same description as you. Rebuilt by CaseIH, still leak. My tractors don't do it very often, but once every three months or so. Just when you seem to have confidence it is over, bingo one of them leak. I have friends with Cockshutts, MH and Fords, same problem. I have come to the conclusion it is modern gasoline. When Farmall As, Cs, Hs and Ms were new gasoline of the day didn't destroy the paint on tractor. If a tractor leaked back in 60s you could fix the problem.
