Farmall H Tranny Swap Questions!

I am ready to put the transmission/Final Drive back into my Farmall H. Is there an
accepted order to reinstalling these gears and what ever? I was thinking the lower
transmission gear shaft and gears first, idler shaft/gears second, differential gearset and brake
stuff next, and drive pinion/upper transmission gears (sliding gears) last. Does this sound right? Also, where do I find new shims? Do they still make them? I yanked the entire tranny/diff. out of one tractor and am putting it into another.
Will I need more shims? What area needs to be tightened with the shims?
What else should I look for with a complete tranny swap? Thanks for the advice. You guys are great! Scott
