I would get my hands on an IT manual.It will have the proceedure spelled out good enough for you to get the job done.As far as I know,I believe a 140 and an A are essentially the same.I have an A and the brakes are behind the bull pinion so the entire final drive assembly on each side will need to be removed to get at the brakes.
