1086 making bad noises

My 10 will make a couple of bad banging noises as soon as it stops rolling after you push in the clutch and it feels like you were rear ended by a small car each time it bangs. If you yank it out of gear and release the clutch before it stops rolling it won't do it. After it is hot it will do it if you are setting still and you push the clutch in. TA, trans brake, what do you think? The TA has only been pulled a handfull of times in 9000 hrs. Thanks, Bill
