How long have you had this tractor and have you had this problem all the time? If it has a lot of hours on it you might want to check and see if the oil return holes in the head are stopped up. You may have excessive blow by on the crankcase you should check for this. If your tube is in the rocker cover. If it is on the side lifter cover you may need to fabricate a baffle over the hole so oil won't get to it.
