If there is oil leaking from the hole at the bottom of the clutch housing it is most likely the rear main seal on the engine. The rear main seal is a two piece felt design that is encased in a housing at the back of the engine. The ONLY way to replace it is to remove the flywheel which means the engine has to come out. I just replaced this seal on my H, it is not a difficult project. Two people are a must, a couple sturdy stands (you have to remove the hole front end of the tractor and support it around the belly pump area), standard hand tools, an engine lift, and at least two days (depends on what else you may find that needs to be replaced). You can get all the seals and gaskets from a Case IH dealer. Have fun.
