My experience with my local NAPA is it won't be in stock. They probably can order it however. I've had good luck making my own pan gaskets. Simply clean up the gasket surface on the pan and block (get all the grease and old gasket off), then run a 1/4" or so diameter bead of red silicone gasket maker. (I like the Locktite red gasket maker.) Finally bolt the pan back up before the stuff sets. Tighten the bolts just beyond snug - like 5 - 10 ft-lb is plenty - and you should be good to go.
