Case IH still sells the perfect circle seal, I just bought 8 for my own M, they are not cheap and you need to machine the valve guide, which I do not have tool for anymore so may take it down town and have them machine them. Very simple operation and I used to put a lot of them on, do a real good job of holding back excessive oil and still lubeing valve guides.
